Peanut Chutney



Ingredients:
1/2 Cup - Peanuts
4-6 - Green Chilies
1 Tbsp - Yogurt/Curd
2 Cloves - Garlic
1/4 Tsp - Lemon Juice
3/4 Tsp - Mustard seeds
3/4 Tsp - Cumin
1/4 Tsp - Urad Dhal
1 Tbsp - Oil for seasoning
few Curry leaves
Salt as required.

Procedure:
1) Dry roast peanuts and let them cool.
2) In a blender jar grind peanuts, green chilies, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and salt together.
3) Heat oil in a pan and season it with mustard, cumin, urad and curry leaves.
