Crunchy Spinach Salad



Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup - washed Baby Spinach
1/2 - An Apple
2 Tbsp - roasted Edamame or Peanuts
1/2 Tsp - Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp - Lemon Juice
Pepper & Salt as required

Procedure:
1) Chop baby spinach.
2) Remove the skin of apple and cut them into small pieces.
3) Toss spinach, apple, edamame together with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
